What you will experience in the 1-year Journey:

You will participate in a retail management program and you’ll receive the company-specific training and on-the-job experience. As a Trainee you will learn managerial and technical skills that are in alignment with the company’s philosophies and operational strategies. In this trainee position under at least one store manager’s guidance and direction who will mentor you for advancement in your retail career.
